Our menu celebrates exceptional ingredients from our sister farms at Daylesford Organic and Wootton estate alongside seasonal produce from British growers and producers.
If you’re feeling peckish, settle into one of the comfortable nooks in the bar, or dine in the bustling Saddle Room where you’ll find a menu of pub classics, wood-fired pizzas and seasonal specials.

The Fox was built in the seventeenth century from local stone likely to have been quarried from the fields around Oddington. It has been recorded as a pub since 1856. By 1862 The Fox had five rooms, a parlour, shop, carriage house and skittle alley.
Original features such as the mullioned windows and impressive ironstone barrel-vaulted cellar can still be seen today. Look closely and you might uncover evidence of witch marks carved in the seventeenth century to ward off evil spirits when the witch craze swept through England.
The large oak bar at the heart of the pub is an inviting place to enjoy a drink by the fire.

We’re bringing the flavours of Provence to the Cotswolds this July with a week-long takeover celebrating our sister estate Château @leoube.
From Friday 11th to Saturday 19th July, our pub menu will immerse you in the flavours and ingredients of the South of France, transporting you to the sunny shores of the Côte d’Azur.

Summer has arrived in the market garden 🍓
We visited Jez, head of our market garden @daylesfordfarm for a taste of what is growing in these early summer weeks.
Within walking distance from The Fox, we find a sense of connection with the soil and endless inspiration for our menu through the seasons.
Executive chef Alan treated us and fellow @daylesfordstays pub teams to a delicious spread of flatbreads, frittata and strawberry panna cotta using the produce we picked just steps away.
All washed down, in true Foxy style, with a strawberry negroni made by @sips_by_sam.
