Our menu celebrates ingredients from Daylesford farm alongside British growers and producers. You’ll find a changing menu of pub classics, wood-fired pizzas and seasonal specials.
We serve a mix of craft beers, a carefully curated wine list and a menu of hand-crafted cocktails inspired by the produce on our doorstep.
Upstairs, the bedrooms pair the building’s original character with thoughtful craftsmanship and contemporary design, while saddle-toned leathers, stitched detailing and subtle equestrian influences reference the pub’s history and the region’s riding heritage. Each room is quietly luxurious, with soft textures, generous beds and modern comforts – the perfect place to settle into after an evening downstairs.
Coachman’s House is a spacious four-bedroom self-catering farmhouse opposite The Fox. An open–plan kitchen and living area with a large inglenook fire provide the perfect setting for entertaining larger groups.

This July, we’re bringing the flavours of Provence to the heart of the Cotswolds.

One summer’s day in the Cotswolds, in our garden at The Fox, we began a search shaped by land and season.
Our aim was simple, to find a single cask of English whisky that reflected the values Daylesford has long stood for: nurturing nature, working in balance, and allowing quality to grow with time.
