Settle into one of the comfortable nooks in the bar or dine in the bustling Saddle Room where you’ll find a menu of pub classics, wood-fired pizzas and seasonal specials led by ingredients from Daylesford farm.

The Fox was built in the seventeenth century from local stone likely to have been quarried from the fields around Oddington. It has been recorded as a pub since 1856. By 1862 The Fox had five rooms, a parlour, shop, carriage house and skittle alley.
Original features such as the mullioned windows and impressive ironstone barrel-vaulted cellar can still be seen today. Look closely and you might uncover evidence of witch marks carved to ward off evil spirits when the witch craze swept through England.
The large oak bar at the heart of the pub is an inviting place to enjoy a drink by the fire.

Pleased to be pouring two limited-edition single-cask whiskies here at The Fox, created by Daylesford and our Cotswolds neighbours, @CotswoldsDistillery.
Made with locally sourced barley and shaped by the landscape that surrounds us, each cask offers something quite different, from honeycomb and toasted coconut to dried fig, roasted nuts and dark chocolate.
