Oxymel

Our version of this ancient herbal elixir combines honey from the Daylesford beehives with lemon juice, green tea, cucumber for a wonderfully hydrating refreshment. The recipe is vibrant, zesty and perfect for a little refresh to kick-start the new year.

25ml Botivo
10ml Daylesford Organic Honey
10ml Sustainable Lemon Juice
50ml Green Tea

  • Muddle all of the ingredients into a cocktail mixer, add ice, and give a quick, hard shake.
  • Double strain the mixture into your cocktail glass , we prefer a highball for this cocktail.
  • Garnish with a fresh cucumber ribbon over the top.
