You can’t think of a British summer without rhubarb in mind. This refreshing seasonal cocktail is a firm favourite, celebrating its tartness and the colour of summer.
Ingredients
◆30ml Mezcal
◆30ml Tequila
◆10ml Rhubarb cordial
◆10ml Agave nectar
◆Poached Rhubard to garnish
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a rocks glass.
- Add fresh ice to your glass and stir to dilute. Top up with extra ice if needed.
- Garnish with the poached rhubarb.
*Tip: Add 50ml of the rhubarb cordial to sparkling water and enjoy a refreshing non-alcoholic spritz.
