The Fox is a village pub at the heart of the community with crackling log fires and a welcoming bar specialising in local beers and cocktails. The menu celebrates local producers including our sister farms at Daylesford Organic and Wootton.
Bedroom interiors are inspired by the surrounding countryside with a spacious Coachman’s House opposite for longer stays.
Our calendar is full of memorable experiences for friends and family, floristry to crafts.

Join us for a delicious French inspired menu as we toast the new season's harvest.
Our menu celebrates exceptional ingredients from our sister farms at Daylesford Organic and Wootton estate alongside seasonal produce from British growers and producers. You’ll find a menu of pub classics, wood-fired pizzas and seasonal specials.
We also serve a mix of craft beers, hand-picked wine from independent vineyards and cocktails inspired by produce on our doorstep.
Our rooms are individually designed, each inspired by the surrounding countryside. Elements of raw materials reflect rural habitats, whilst bronze finishes nod to equestrian influences compliment luxurious, natural linens.
Coachman’s House is a spacious four-bedroom self-catering farmhouse opposite The Fox. An open plan kitchen and living area with a large inglenook fire provide the perfect setting for entertaining larger groups.

Foxy special 🦊 Born from a gathering with our friends @saplingspirits and fellow @daylesfordstays bar teams. We got to know Sapling’s climate positive spirits a little better and @sips_by_sam set the challenge to create a new serve for our drinks menu.
James did us proud with his cunning ‘Oddington Sour’ - @saplingspirits gin, lemon, pear and a layer of Secret De @Leoube Rouge giving its striped effect. Available to enjoy across our pubs for a limited time.

Beaujolais Day, 21st November🍷 Join us for lunch or dinner as our new general manager, Vincent brings one of his favourite traditions from his beloved France to The Fox.
Head chef @taylorjones7313 has devised a delicious French-inspired menu for you to enjoy alongside Beaujolais wines specially selected by Vincent and the bar team for our seasonal celebration.
DJ @arutherford.dj will be switching up his usual Thursday playlist in the evening to include French tracks, both classic and reimagined.
