Pumpkin Sour

Celebrate the most spine-tingling night of the year with one of our favourite Halloween cocktails at home.

Ingredients

50ml Spiced rum
30ml Sustainable lemon juice
15ml Daylesford Organic honey
30ml Roast pumpkin purée
The white of an egg
Directions
  • Pour the spiced rum, lemon juice, honey and roasted pumpkin purée into a cocktail shaker, shake vigorously.
  • Add ice to the top of the shaker and shake again.
  • Double strain the mixture into your cocktail glass.
  • Add garnish of charred pumpkin and smoked rosemary.

*Tips: Double strain the cocktail mixture using a cocktail strainer plus a fine strainer. A tea strainer will work well here. for a vegan alternative to the egg white, use aquafaba – also known as chickpea juice.
