Foxy Eggnog

Our take on a traditional festive tipple that dates back hundreds of year’s. For a richer, deeper flavour try replacing the vodka with a dark rum or quality cognac.

Ingredients

Ingredients

30 ml Daylesford Hop Vodka
15 ml Apple Cider Brandy
15 ml Amontillado Sherry
15ml Cinnamon Bark, as a cordial
Whole Egg
Directions
  • Pour all of the ingredients into a cocktail mixer and shake.
  • Add a block of ice to the top of the shaker and shake again.
  • Double strain the mixture into your cocktail glass over another block of ice.
  • Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg over the top.
