Our take on a traditional festive tipple that dates back hundreds of year’s. For a richer, deeper flavour try replacing the vodka with a dark rum or quality cognac.

◆30 ml Daylesford Hop Vodka
◆15 ml Apple Cider Brandy
◆15 ml Amontillado Sherry
◆15ml Cinnamon Bark, as a cordial
◆Whole Egg
Directions
Pour all of the ingredients into a cocktail mixer and shake.
Add a block of ice to the top of the shaker and shake again.
Double strain the mixture into your cocktail glass over another block of ice.
