For one week only, experience the flavours of the South of France, using seasonal produce from our farm at Daylesford and trusted local suppliers.
Delicious Mediterranean dishes will form our pub menu throughout the week for lunch and dinner, with our friends from the Côte d’Azur estate joining us, showcasing their award-winning organic wines and olive oils.

Our sister estate, Château Léoube nestled in bay on the Côte d’Azur, crafts award-winning organic Provence wines and artisan extra-virgin olive oils. All the grapes and olives at Léoube are carefully tended by hand under the guidance of Head Winemaker Romain Ott, using time-honoured artisan methods and organic principles that work in harmony with the land and changing seasons.
