A celebration of the Glorious Twelfth 🪶
We travelled north to the beautiful Yorkshire Moors to collect the first wild grouse and headed straight back to our Cotswold pub in time for dinner.
Served fresh, lean, and full of flavour in the traditional style with bread sauce, game chips and port & juniper sauce.
As we enter the game season, keep an eye out for more seasonal specials from our Wootton farm.
